Firm History

Herrick & Kasdorf, LLP has roots dating back to the 1960s. In 1978, a law firm established by Robert “Toby” Reynolds and the law firm formerly known as “Gruber, Herrick & Flesch” merged to form “Reynolds, Gruber, Herrick, Flesch & Kasdorf.” The firm is now known as Herrick & Kasdorf, LLP.

The firm has added a number of partners over the years, including well-known attorneys and judges: Roger Buffett, Marsha Dymzarov, Hon. David A. Flesch, Robert L. Gruber, Hon. Paul Higginbotham, Robert A. “Toby” Reynolds (deceased), Robert Whitney (deceased), and Gretchen Twietmeyer (Vetzner).

Throughout the firm’s history, the highly-experienced attorneys of Herrick & Kasdorf have focused on providing quality legal services for individuals and businesses in several areas of civil practice, including:

Various partners are admitted to practice in the state courts of Wisconsin, the federal Western and Eastern Districts of Wisconsin, the federal Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
